About the role
The Hoxton is opening a neighbourhood hotel in Bengaluru with restaurants, bars and guest spaces. You will manage food and beverage reservations, guest requests and booking information while coordinating with hotel teams.
What you'll do
- Respond to restaurant and bar reservation enquiries by phone, email and online
- Enter bookings and record guest needs accurately
- Send confirmations and handle booking changes, cancellations and special requests
- Share daily reservation updates and guest requirements with restaurant and kitchen teams
- Support table management and balance bookings
- Follow up on guest feedback and share themes with F&B leaders
