Global Partner Program Operations Manager

Okta provides identity security infrastructure for organizations adopting AI and other technologies. You will adapt and operate the partner program across APJ, improving partner adoption, execution, and performance.

• Localize and continuously evolve the Global Partner Program for APJ
• Drive partner initiatives, readiness, launches, and change adoption
• Write partner resources and manage onboarding and advisory workflows
• Track program KPIs and use data to improve performance
• Coordinate program priorities across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal
• Manage market development fund allocations and incentive payouts
