About the role
Eka Care builds AI and healthcare products, including clinical workflows, digital health records and developer infrastructure. You will support hiring across IT and non-IT roles through sourcing, screening, interview coordination and recruitment reporting.
What you'll do
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals and other channels
- Screen profiles and conduct first-round candidate conversations
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Support offer rollout and pre-joining engagement
