About the role
Colliers provides commercial real estate, engineering and investment management services. This person will oversee technical facility operations, maintenance, client accounts, teams, compliance and budgets across multiple sites.
What you'll do
- Oversee technical facility operations across multiple client sites
- Audit sites and monitor engineering teams and critical equipment
- Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance
- Coordinate client reviews, complaints and SLA compliance
- Lead site teams and manage vendors and service partners
- Monitor budgets, safety compliance, KPIs and operational reports
