About the role
First Citizens India is a global capability center supporting a financial institution's technology and operations. This role develops and integrates ServiceNow CMDB and Foundation Data solutions, automating and improving data delivery.
What you'll do
- Design and build ServiceNow data integrations and processing automation
- Customize forms, list views, access controls, and workflows
- Maintain CMDB schema and Foundation Data within the CSDM framework
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and connectors
- Participate in Agile planning, development, and retrospectives
- Apply Configuration Management and ITIL practices to CMDB initiatives
