About the role
Cigna Healthcare provides health insurance and support that helps customers navigate the healthcare system. This counsel will advise on legal, compliance and privacy matters and oversee regulatory, data protection and risk activities for Cigna's Bengaluru operations.
What you'll do
- Provide legal, compliance and privacy advice to business units
- Conduct data protection impact assessments and maintain breach plans
- Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate compliance implementation
- Oversee sanctions screening, AML/CFT framework and compliance investigations
- Prepare risk assessments, compliance reports and privacy records
- Train internal stakeholders on legal, compliance and data protection requirements
