About the role
Eka Care builds a GenAI-powered healthcare platform for patients, doctors, hospitals, and health-tech innovators. The Marketing Associate will run acquisition and retention campaigns, analyze user behavior, create marketing assets, and support growth experiments.
What you'll do
- Plan and optimize Google and Meta performance marketing campaigns
- Design lifecycle initiatives to improve activation, engagement, and retention
- Analyze campaign results, funnels, cohorts, and user behavior
- Create landing pages, case studies, newsletters, and webinar assets
- Run growth experiments with Product, Sales, and Design teams
