About the role
Renesas develops semiconductor products for automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT markets. This engineer provides online technical support, helps position products with customers, and enables distribution partners to support Renesas solutions.
What you'll do
- Provide online technical support for embedded products
- Diagnose and resolve customer and partner technical issues
- Help sales teams match products and solutions to customer requirements
- Create training materials, collateral and demos for partner FAEs
- Participate in business reviews and escalate issues affecting customer wins
