About the role
Lokal operates focused apps serving users in tier-2 and tier-3 India across content, jobs, learning and other categories. You will write and iterate Telugu advertising creatives, study their performance and collaborate with editors and the performance team to scale effective ads.
What you'll do
- Research audiences, markets and competitors for each app
- Write ad angles, hooks, copy and scripts in Telugu
- Brief designers and editors and review creative output
- Produce 80–100 creative variants per week
- Review CTR, CPI and CAC results to develop new versions
- Track creative concepts, outcomes and learnings
