About the role
First Citizens India supports the technology and operations of a financial institution through its global capability center. The engineer will support critical applications, troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes and implement improvements across application support processes.
What you'll do
- Maintain and support complex, business-critical applications
- Troubleshoot application issues, defects, data errors and configuration problems
- Monitor application alerts and provide proactive support
- Analyze logs and data to identify root causes and corrective measures
- Automate manual support tasks and improve maintenance processes
- Validate application, upgrade and infrastructure changes before production
