About the role
First Citizens India is a global capability center supporting the operations of a U.S. financial institution. This role administers the ServiceNow CMDB and IT hardware asset lifecycle, maintaining accurate configuration and asset data.
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB configuration items and relationships
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery Agentless and ACC
- Audit and reconcile CMDB data to resolve discrepancies
- Develop CMDB policies, standards, and procedures
- Integrate CMDB with incident, problem, change, and asset management processes
