About the role
The/Nudge Institute works with governments and partners to advance poverty alleviation and resilient livelihoods in India. This role designs and tests learner-centered training content and tools, using learner data and field observations to improve program effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Design instructional content using multimedia and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs
- Evaluate and recommend instructional design tools and AI approaches
- Analyse learner data and feedback to improve programs
- Conduct field observations and A/B tests of learning tools
