About the role
Scimplify develops and manufactures advanced materials for energy, life sciences, crop sciences, and specialty chemicals. The HR Business Partner will work with founders and leaders to build people practices, policies, workforce plans, and organizational capabilities.
What you'll do
- Advise founders and business leaders on people strategy and workforce planning
- Build and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee lifecycle processes
- Design performance management and talent development frameworks
- Partner on organization design, headcount planning, and succession needs
- Address employee concerns and strengthen engagement and retention
- Establish people analytics, governance, and compliance processes
