About the role
Amtech provides enterprise software for packaging, printing, and manufacturing operations. You will resolve customers’ Label Traxx accounting issues and support ERP configuration, implementations, and financial workflows.
What you'll do
- Configure and support Label Traxx accounting modules
- Investigate accounting support cases and resolve financial discrepancies
- Trace transactions through ERP workflows and identify root causes
- Assist with accounting implementations, upgrades, and migrations
- Train customers on accounting features and manufacturing costing
- Create implementation guides and customer-facing documentation
