Talent Acquisition Associate - Arctic Engine

Arctic Engine provides training data, RLHF, and human feedback pipelines for AI models. The associate will manage recruiting pipelines, candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding support.

• Build and manage hiring pipelines across concurrent roles
• Source and screen candidates through referrals, forms, and job boards
• Draft candidate outreach, screening, offer, and rejection communications
• Coordinate interviews and assessments
• Track hiring pipelines in spreadsheets
• Support onboarding coordination and ad hoc operations tasks
