About the role
Apna connects jobseekers with enterprises and small businesses across India through a hiring platform. The Talent Acquisition Head will lead hiring efforts, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate workforce planning and recruitment reporting.
What you'll do
- Partner with the TA team on end-to-end hiring across India
- Run hiring funnels, walk-in drives, and bulk interview processes
- Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and networks
- Screen candidates, manage shortlists, coordinate interviews, and close offers
- Partner with business teams on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
- Maintain hiring dashboards, metrics, and leadership reports
