About the role
Adobe provides creative, productivity, and customer-experience software and platforms. This role governs India Talent Acquisition operations, systems, vendors, compliance, and process improvements while guiding coordinators.
What you'll do
- Set standards for talent coordination, training, workload management, and interview scheduling
- Govern service levels and resolve operational issues and escalations
- Manage TA systems, data integrity, access, training, and rollouts
- Oversee vendor performance, procurement workflows, renewals, and compliance records
- Lead audits, process improvements, and change adoption across India TA operations
- Mentor talent coordinators and represent India operations in global forums
