About the role
ThousandEyes provides real-time visibility into internet, private network, cloud and SaaS performance. This engineer resolves customer technical issues, improves products with engineering teams, and creates troubleshooting automation and reusable support resources.
What you'll do
- Resolve complex customer issues involving ThousandEyes and network performance
- Configure, troubleshoot, and automate ThousandEyes product workflows
- Partner with Engineering and Product to address systemic product issues
- Create scripts, automation tools, diagnostics, and reusable troubleshooting assets
- Develop technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge content
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in 24x7 support coverage
