About the role
ThousandEyes provides real-time visibility into internet, private network, cloud, and SaaS performance. This engineer resolves complex customer issues, improves product workflows, and works with engineering and product teams to address systemic problems.
What you'll do
- Resolve complex customer technical issues
- Create and deliver technical documentation and training materials
- Escalate systemic product issues to engineering and product teams
- Configure, troubleshoot, or automate ThousandEyes workflows
- Mentor junior engineers and coach escalation practices
- Support customers through chat, email, and phone
