About the role
Ethos provides a technology platform for consumers, agents, and carriers to buy and underwrite life insurance. The Technical Program Manager will coordinate cross-team engineering programs, facilitate Scrum practices, and drive delivery and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Develop project plans and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate engineering and product leads on strategy and development
- Manage programs across analysis, design, testing, and implementation
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and Scrum of Scrums
- Map dependencies and coordinate work across teams
- Communicate program status and priorities to stakeholders and leadership
