About the role
CloudThat provides cloud consulting and training services. The role leads campus recruitment, builds college relationships, manages hiring drives and supports selected lateral hiring.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end campus recruitment across colleges and universities
- Build relationships with placement cells, colleges and institutes
- Plan campus drives, assessments and interviews
- Manage hiring from college engagement through offers and onboarding
- Develop the annual campus hiring plan and calendar
- Guide recruiters and trainees supporting campus hiring
