About the role
NewSpace Research & Technologies develops autonomous systems and unmanned platforms for aerospace and defense missions. The Associate Director will lead CRM strategy, customer retention, support performance, and insights for customers of its drone platforms.
What you'll do
- Monitor existing customer relationships through CRM systems
- Develop strategies to retain customers and address their needs
- Keep repairable-item turnaround time as low as practical
- Organize promotional events for prospective customers
- Monitor CRM KPIs and share actionable insights with senior leadership
- Define the long-term vision for CRM
