About the role
MISUMI Americas provides configurable and custom manufacturing solutions through a component catalog and digital manufacturing platform. This specialist will support U.S. sales through CRM updates, order processing, sales administration and customer inquiry handling.
What you'll do
- Maintain sales data in CRM systems
- Prepare and process quotes, invoices, purchase orders and contracts
- Coordinate sales activities with logistics, finance and operations
- Track order statuses and follow up on documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide order updates
- Escalate complex customer issues to relevant teams
