Northern Trust provides wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking services to institutional and other clients. This consultant handles payment inquiries and investigations, coordinates resolution with internal teams, and keeps clients updated through completion.

• Serve as the primary contact for client payment inquiries and servicing requests
• Investigate wire transfers, payment recalls, and delayed or returned payments
• Coordinate issue resolution with Payment Operations, Sanctions, and Relationship Management
• Monitor open inquiries and follow up through resolution
• Maintain client interaction and investigation records
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
