CMDB & Service Mapping Analyst - Senior Engineer IT Asset Management

Unisys provides secure technology solutions and IT services to government, financial services, and commercial clients. This analyst will maintain ServiceNow service maps and CMDB data quality, validate service dependencies, and support discovery, reporting, and governance.

• Build and maintain ServiceNow service maps
• Manage CMDB data quality, CI relationships, and remediation
• Validate service dependencies with owners and technical SMEs
• Investigate discovery and service mapping issues
• Review and certify service maps periodically
• Produce operational reports and support audit requirements
