About the role
Zscaler provides a cloud security platform that protects customers by securely connecting users, devices, and applications. The engineer resolves complex escalated security and networking issues, reproduces customer problems, and works with Engineering and Operations on solutions.
What you'll do
- Debug complex security and network problems through phone and email consultations
- Assist customers with testing and troubleshooting alongside Engineering
- Reproduce customer issues and provide feedback to Engineering and Operations
- Document incident resolutions not covered by the knowledge base
- Provide input on product and code changes throughout the product cycle
