About the role
Ethos is a life insurance technology company serving consumers, agents and carriers. This director will lead global People Operations, develop its service model, and oversee automation, AI governance and service delivery.
What you'll do
- Set the global People Operations strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Lead the Global People Services team and define service standards
- Design a tiered service model using self-service, shared services and experts
- Establish governance and controls for AI and automation
- Define service metrics and report outcomes to leadership
- Manage vendors, budget and the People Operations tooling roadmap
