About the role
CloudThat provides cloud consulting and training across technology programs. This role sources, onboards, deploys and manages freelance trainers while tracking their availability, utilization and performance.
What you'll do
- Source freelance trainers through job portals, communities and referrals
- Screen trainers for technical expertise and delivery experience
- Manage trainer onboarding, documentation and compliance
- Deploy trainers for scheduled programs and track their availability
- Monitor trainer performance, learner feedback and utilization
- Build trainer relationships and report on deployment and performance
