Growth Lead

Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that generate, test, and deploy production applications from plain-language instructions. You will own subscriber growth strategy and execution across activation, monetization, expansion, and retention.

• Manage subscriber growth metrics, including activation, retention, expansion, and lifetime value
• Analyze cohort and usage trends to identify growth barriers and opportunities
• Develop long-term go-to-market and revenue growth strategy
• Partner with Product and Marketing to run and measure growth experiments
• Identify opportunities in customer segments, pricing, packaging, and expansion
• Report growth performance and present findings to leadership
