About the role
Sarvam builds a full-stack sovereign AI platform for India, including models, infrastructure, and applications. You will support API customers from demos and integration through production while building scripts and sharing model feedback and market insights.
What you'll do
- Run customer demos, onboarding sessions, and integration walkthroughs
- Write scripts and build demo apps to unblock customer integrations
- Relay specific model feedback to research and engineering teams
- Track customer activity and competitive patterns for GTM and Product
