About the role
CloudThat provides cloud consulting and training services. The trainee will support candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and recruitment reporting across functions.
What you'll do
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone discussions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and track applications in the ATS
- Support campus hiring drives and recruitment events
- Prepare daily or weekly recruitment status reports
