About the role

Astera Labs provides semiconductor connectivity solutions and software for rack-scale AI infrastructure. The Digital Design Manager will lead IP and subsystem design teams and deliver networking switch IPs from architecture through silicon validation.

What you'll do

Lead IP and subsystem development from architecture through silicon validation
Define IP requirements, features, performance targets and microarchitecture
Review architecture specifications, RTL implementations and verification plans
Own IP releases, deliverables, schedules and quality goals
Build, mentor and manage the IP digital design team
Coordinate design work across architecture, verification, physical design and integration teams
