Silicon Design Architect

Astera Labs provides semiconductor connectivity solutions and software for rack-scale AI infrastructure. You will define IP and subsystem architectures, guide implementation across engineering teams, and resolve complex architectural trade-offs.

• Define IP and SoC subsystem architectures from product requirements
• Translate system requirements into specifications, interfaces, and performance targets
• Evaluate trade-offs in performance, power, area, bandwidth, and complexity
• Coordinate architecture with RTL, verification, physical design, firmware, and system teams
• Review implementation and verification strategies against architectural intent
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor senior and principal engineers
