About the role
Ethos provides a technology platform for life insurance consumers, agents, and carriers. This analyst will build sales funnel reporting, evaluate experiments, and turn performance data into revenue and operational decisions.
What you'll do
- Own reporting across the marketing-to-sales funnel
- Build and maintain sales performance dashboards
- Analyze conversion trends, agent performance, campaigns, and channel mix
- Design and evaluate experiments across outreach, workflows, and channels
- Partner with Sales and Finance on compensation and planning models
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows
