About the role
Freshworks builds employee and customer experience software, including HR and IT solutions. The Workday technical lead will manage integrations, reporting, configuration, system support, and improvements to the HR platform.
What you'll do
- Manage Workday integrations and third-party vendor connections
- Design HR reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools
- Configure Workday HR modules, business processes, and security settings
- Support users and deliver training on Workday systems
- Maintain data integrity and coordinate data migration projects
- Plan system upgrades and address security and compliance risks
