About the role
CloudThat provides cloud consulting and training services. This role will lead hiring strategy across technical and non-technical teams, manage a talent acquisition team, and improve recruiting practices and metrics.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across technical and non-technical functions
- Translate workforce plans into hiring strategies with senior stakeholders
- Implement structured interviews using Behavioral Event Interviewing
- Mentor and develop the talent acquisition team
- Drive employer branding, market intelligence, and talent pipelining
- Track and report talent acquisition metrics to leadership
