• Oversee end-to-end payroll delivery across EMEA countries and India
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, payments, taxes, deductions, and reporting
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and payroll governance standards
• Manage third-party payroll providers, service levels, and issue resolution
• Support payroll audits, reconciliations, system implementations, and integrations
• Drive payroll automation, standardization, reporting, and process improvements
