About the role
Sprinklr provides an AI-native customer experience platform, including omnichannel contact center management for enterprises. This consultant will architect and lead CCaaS implementations, integrations and customer adoption for enterprise clients.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end CCaaS implementations for enterprise clients
- Define implementation strategy and solution architecture
- Lead client discovery workshops and requirements gathering
- Conduct customer health checks, audits and remediation planning
- Coordinate implementation across product, engineering and customer success
- Advise clients on Sprinklr capabilities, integrations and CCaaS practices
