About the role
Sprinklr provides an AI-native enterprise platform for managing customer experience across social, marketing, service, and insights. The consultant will lead customer platform strategy, managed services delivery, governance, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead managed services delivery for enterprise SaaS customers
- Advise customers on platform strategy, adoption, governance, and roadmaps
- Design solutions and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee platform health checks, audits, releases, and optimisation
- Guide integrations, APIs, authentication, SSO, and enterprise connectivity
- Mentor consultants and delivery teams supporting customer engagements
