About the role
Ethos provides a technology platform for life insurance consumers, agents, and carriers. The Principal Data Analyst will build trusted data foundations, self-serve analytics systems, and AI-enhanced workflows.
What you'll do
- Build and validate event-based data models for core metrics
- Create datasets, dashboards, and monitoring systems for self-serve analytics
- Implement AI capabilities to improve analytics workflows and insight discovery
- Establish monitoring and alerting for reliable data and metrics
- Deliver analytics solutions from raw data pipelines to executive dashboards
- Drive adoption of self-serve tools across teams
