About the role
Ethos provides a technology platform for consumers, agents, and carriers to access and deliver life insurance. The HR Business Partner will advise Bangalore leaders and employees while managing India-specific employee relations, compliance, and people processes.
What you'll do
- Advise business leaders and employees as their primary People contact
- Guide compensation, leveling, organizational design, and headcount planning
- Manage employee relations cases and conduct investigations
- Maintain Indian labor law compliance and coordinate statutory matters
- Guide managers on performance management and employee development
- Improve India People Ops policies, processes, and employee lifecycle support
