Sr. Client Payment Liaison Consultant, Global Banking

Northern Trust provides banking, asset servicing, asset management and wealth management services to institutional and individual clients. The consultant will lead complex payment investigations, advise clients and internal teams, and improve servicing standards and processes.

• Lead complex and time-sensitive client payment investigations
• Analyze SWIFT messages and payment routing details
• Advise institutional clients and internal stakeholders on payment issues
• Develop procedures, training materials and servicing best practices
• Identify payment inquiry trends and recommend process improvements
• Partner with operations, product, technology and risk teams on service enhancements
