About the role
Ethos provides a technology platform for consumers, insurance agents, and carriers to buy and sell life insurance. This analyst will guide partnership decisions, measure product and sales funnels, investigate financial risks, and support data tools and analytics.
What you'll do
- Advise Partnerships leaders on agent acquisition, growth, retention, and persistency
- Measure agent-platform experience and assess product feature outcomes
- Model commission debt exposure and develop targeted recovery frameworks
- Identify onboarding milestones that improve agent retention and revenue
- Monitor conversion funnels for emerging annuities businesses
- Build dashboards, improve analytics infrastructure, and integrate generative AI tools
