What you'll do
- Plan customer engagements around security objectives
- Advise on platform configuration, health checks, and best practices

- Guide customers on threat hunting, automation, and feature adoption
- Lead technical workshops for customer administrators, engineers, and analysts
- Conduct service reviews with customer stakeholders and account teams
