• Prioritize hiring roles and unblock stalled recruiting loops
• Improve candidate communications and ensure every interview loop closes clearly
• Publish weekly written hiring updates with pipeline and conversion metrics
• Build and run a training path for recruiters
• Document hiring procedures and manage employer branding fundamentals
