• Map the market and conduct field visits to identify prospective partners
• Generate leads, screen candidates and complete partner onboarding
• Coordinate training, skill assessments, certification and activation
• Monitor partner performance, capacity and service availability
• Resolve partner issues and coordinate with store, support and operations teams
