• Answer inquiries and assist customers with appointment bookings
• Call interested customers and follow up on leads
• Coordinate clinic calendars and confirm appointments with veterinarians
• Send appointment reminders and follow up after visits
• Provide basic information on clinic services, pricing and procedures
• Maintain appointment and customer interaction records
