About the role
Paytm provides mobile payments and financial services, including recharge and utility services across essential categories. You will analyze category performance and execute campaigns to grow revenue, activation, and user retention.
What you'll do
- Extract transaction data and prepare reports
- Write SQL queries to monitor business performance and investigate trends
- Automate recurring reports using Excel and internal tools
- Identify user cohorts and run activation or reactivation campaigns
- Monitor funnels, retention, GMV, and campaign ROI
- Use AI tools to support analysis and campaign ideation
