• Analyze city-level market share, competition and consumer trends
• Size growth opportunities using internal, third-party and local market data
• Design and execute targeted city campaigns, offers and activations
• Run pilots to test growth levers before scaling them
• Personalize lifecycle communications, nudges and offers for local users
• Track growth KPIs and report progress in business reviews
