About the role
Freshworks builds service software for customer and employee experiences, including Freshservice ITSM products with AI capabilities. This specialist will architect and demonstrate AI solutions, support presales deals, and help customers implement the value sold.
What you'll do
- Position Freshservice AI products in strategic and competitive deals
- Design tailored AI proofs of concept, demos, and workflows
- Lead AI technical discovery and quantify customer impact
- Support RFPs, executive briefings, and security reviews
- Build reusable AI demos, architectures, and business-case models
- Mentor solution engineers and share customer feedback with Product
